Introduction:
“The umbrella won't stop the rain, but it will help you to get out during rainfall. As well as confidence is not going to guarantee your success, but it will give you the opportunity to achieve it.”
― Eyden I.

The world is in a conundrum. Individuals are being asked to live "at a distance" from each other due of the #Coronavirus and for me it has been very frightening and sad. Compounding this emotion is the fact people are dropping like flies at a sugar bowl full of sweet poison. Thank God no one that I love or know has been affected.

People are either playing according to the rules or not at all. The latter being truly selfish and disrespectful. It is surreal.

This being said, my second favorite thing is listening to music and sugar, this along with my first favorite thing is what we will do to pass all this time on hand.... smiling :)

Let's listen to Al Green to talk about the pain. He knows how to sing about it!

How Can You Mend a Broken Heart?

Al Green
I can think of younger days when living for my life
Was everything a man could want to do
I could never see tomorrow, but I was never told about the sorrow
And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend a this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again
I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees
And misty memories of days gone by
We could never see tomorrow, no one said a word about the sorrow
And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again

“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
    ― Pablo Neruda,
    100 Love Sonnets
